Affiliate Program Policy

This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) governs your participation in the AI Shopping Feeds Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions

For the purposes of this Affiliate Program Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to AI Shopping Feeds.
Affiliate means you, the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program.
Program refers to the AI Shopping Feeds Affiliate Program through which Affiliates earn commissions by referring customers.
Service refers to the AI Shopping Feeds platform and services accessible from https://www.aishoppingfeeds.com
You means the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program.

Channel Restrictions

As an Affiliate, you must comply with the following channel restrictions when promoting AI Shopping Feeds. These restrictions define which marketing channels and methods are permitted or prohibited for affiliate promotions.

Allowed Channels

The following promotional channels and methods are permitted for affiliate marketing:

1. Websites

Description: Traditional websites and blogs that promote products through content, banners, or text links. Status: ✅ Allowed

2. Email Marketing

Description: Direct marketing through email newsletters, automated campaigns, and promotional emails. Status: ✅ Allowed

Description: Paid social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Status: ✅ Allowed

Description: Organic content marketing through social media platforms without paid promotion. Status: ✅ Allowed

5. Paid Search

Description: Paid search advertising through platforms like Google Ads or Bing Ads. Status: ✅ Allowed

6. Organic Search

Description: Organic search engine optimization and natural search results without paid promotion. Status: ✅ Allowed

7. Mobile Traffic

Description: Traffic from mobile apps, mobile websites, and mobile-specific advertising campaigns. Status: ✅ Allowed

8. Rebrokering

Description: Reselling or redistributing traffic through other affiliate networks or third-party platforms. Status: ✅ Allowed

Restricted Channels

The following promotional channels and methods are prohibited for affiliate marketing:

9. Incentives

Description: Incentivized marketing methods including cashback, rewards, points systems, and other user incentives. Status: ❌ Restricted

Prohibition: Affiliates are not permitted to offer incentives, cashback, rewards, points, or any form of compensation to end users in exchange for signing up or purchasing through affiliate links.

10. Brand Bidding

Description: Bidding on brand-related keywords and terms in search engine advertising platforms. Status: ❌ Restricted

Prohibition: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand-related keywords including but not limited to “AI Shopping Feeds”, “aishoppingfeeds”, variations of our brand name, or trademarked terms in paid search advertising campaigns.

Prohibited Practices

Abusive Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Program:

Self-Inviting: Creating fake accounts or referring yourself to earn commissions
Fraudulent Activity: Any form of click fraud, cookie stuffing, or manipulation of tracking systems
False Advertising: Making false or misleading claims about AI Shopping Feeds or its services
Trademark Infringement: Using our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without authorization
Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages promoting AI Shopping Feeds
Incentivized Traffic: Offering cashback, rewards, or incentives to users in exchange for purchases
Brand Bidding: Bidding on our brand name or trademarked terms in paid search campaigns
Suspicious Activity: Any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, breaches this Policy or is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to our brand

Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to remove any Affiliate from the Program at any time, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

The Affiliate has engaged in abusive practices
The Affiliate has violated this Policy or our Terms of Service
The Affiliate has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity
The Affiliate’s actions breach the affiliate agreement or contract
The Affiliate’s behavior is harmful to our brand, reputation, or business
We deem removal necessary for any other reason

Termination may result in forfeiture of any pending or unpaid commissions at our sole discretion.

Commission Structure

Commission Rate

Affiliates earn 50% recurring commission on all monthly and yearly subscriptions referred through valid affiliate links. Commissions are paid for the lifetime of the subscription - as long as the referred customer remains an active subscriber to AI Shopping Feeds, you will continue to earn commissions.

Monthly Plans

Growth Plan: $29/month - Your commission: $14.50/month
Pro Plan: $49/month - Your commission: $24.50/month
Enterprise Plan: $99/month - Your commission: $49.50/month

Yearly Plans

Growth Plan: $280/year - Your commission: $140/year (paid upfront)
Pro Plan: $470/year - Your commission: $235/year (paid upfront)
Enterprise Plan: $830/year - Your commission: $415/year (paid upfront)

Note: Yearly subscriptions pay full commission upfront for faster payouts.

Payment Terms

Payment Threshold

Affiliates must reach a minimum balance of $50 USD before payment is processed.

Payment Frequency

Commissions are paid monthly, typically within 30 days after the end of each calendar month for commissions earned during that month.

Approval Hold Period

New affiliate accounts are subject to a 30-day hold period before the first payment is processed. This hold period allows us to verify account legitimacy, monitor for fraudulent activity, and ensure compliance with this Policy. During this hold period, commissions will accrue but will not be paid until the hold period expires and all verification requirements are met.

Payment Methods

Payments are made via:

PayPal: Payments sent to the PayPal email address associated with your affiliate account
Wire Transfer: Payments sent via bank wire transfer to the bank account details provided in your affiliate account

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and updating it as needed. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or outdated payment information.

Payment Conditions

Payments are made only for active, paid subscriptions
Commissions are calculated based on successful referrals that result in paid subscriptions
We reserve the right to withhold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or Policy violations
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if an Affiliate account is terminated for Policy violations

Affiliates receive credit for referrals tracked through a 30-day cookie window. If a referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate link, the commission will be attributed to the Affiliate.

Important: The 30-day cookie window determines attribution (which Affiliate receives credit for the referral). Once a customer is attributed to you and becomes a subscriber, you will earn commissions for the lifetime of their subscription, regardless of future cookie windows.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Use only approved marketing materials and affiliate links provided by AI Shopping Feeds
Accurately represent AI Shopping Feeds and its services
Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate account credentials
Report any suspected fraudulent activity or Policy violations
Update your contact and payment information as needed
Comply with this Policy and any additional guidelines we may provide

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Affiliates via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
