Is my image actually uploaded anywhere? +

What quality setting should I use? +
For product photography, 80-85% WebP usually looks indistinguishable from the original to the naked eye. Hero images and OG can drop to 75. Thumbnails 60-70 is fine. Always do a visual side-by-side before deploying, heavy compression on detailed product shots can introduce artifacts.
Why is WebP smaller than JPG at the same quality? +
WebP uses a more modern compression algorithm (VP8/VP9) than JPG (DCT from the 1990s). At the same visual quality, WebP files are typically 25-35% smaller. Every modern browser supports WebP, Chrome, Firefox, Safari 14+, Edge.
Does this work for batch / bulk compression? +
