Bundle pricing rule of thumb: 10–20% discount is the sweet spot for most D2C — generous enough to be perceived as value, not so generous that the bundle cannibalises full-price sales.

About this tool

Bundles are one of the highest-leverage AOV plays, but only if the discount you offer leaves the math working. Add each SKU's price and cost, set the bundle discount, and see margin per bundle, total contribution, and how it compares to selling the SKUs separately.

What makes a good bundle

  • • Complementary SKUs — not the same product (which is BOGO)
  • • Items the shopper would buy together anyway (not "deal-finders only")
  • • Different price points so the bundle feels like a "starter set"
  • • Pre-built — never make customers configure the bundle themselves on PDPs

Bundle discount sweet spot

10–20% off the sum of individual prices is the most common discount and the most defensible. Below 10% feels stingy; above 20% starts to cannibalise full-price intent.
